How do I add a meal?Go to the My Meals tab and tap the + button. Type in a name and ingredients, or paste in a recipe to fill it out automatically.
How does the shopping list work?Add meals to your week in the This Week tab. Sous automatically lists the ingredients you need that aren't already marked as in-stock in your pantry.
What are pantry "staples"?In the Pantry tab, mark items you usually keep on hand as staples. They'll automatically drop off your shopping list so you're not buying things you already have.
Where is my data stored?Everything you add to Sous stays on your device. We don't collect it or store it on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my data?Deleting the Sous app from your device removes all of your data along with it.
